Depending on the team, we’ll typically start with a conversation about your prior work experience, subject matter expertise, and interest in Endgame. We want to know how you’ll make a difference to the team and contribute to the company culture. With some of the roles, you may be asked to complete a quick assignment to showcase your abilities.
Prepare for a Casual Workplace
If the initial interviews go well, we'll bring you in to meet the team. Each of our offices has its own personality, with a common emphasis on working hard and being comfortable doing it. Suits are not necessary, but professionalism is. Your first interactions with the team may be through a technical panel interview or individually through a series of discussions. Come energized and excited to share ideas, and meet some great people devoted to making the company even better as we continue to grow.

Be prepared for honest conversations about the technical challenges, opportunities, and Endgame culture. We’ll pick your brain on the latest developments in your field, pros and cons of different techniques and technology, and explore how your previous experience contributes to our growing team.
