Niloo Howe Advisor
Niloo Howe has over 25 years' experience in the technology Industry. She currently serves as SVP and Chief Strategy Officer at RSA, the security division of EMC. In this role, she leads RSA's overall corporate strategy, including corporate development and planning. Prior to RSA, she was the Chief Strategy officer at Endgame where she was responsible for driving market and product strategy, as well as corporate development and planning.
Prior to Endgame, she spent nine years as Managing Director of Paladin Capital Group, a $1 billion private equity fund focused on investing in the national security sector, where she led the development and implementation of Paladin’s family of funds investment strategies as well as oversight of Paladin’s investment portfolio, which included early, growth, late stage investments as well as buyouts. Previously she worked at Zone Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm in Los Angeles, as a consultant with McKinsey & Co., and as a lawyer with O’Melveny & Myers.
Niloo graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia. Her non-profit work includes serving as a member of the Sibley Memorial Hospital (a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine) Board of Trustees, as Vice Chair of its Investment Committee, on the Board of Sibley Memorial Hospital Foundation, and on the Board of Directors of IREX, an international non-profit organization focused on promoting positive lasting change globally.
